We also cannot accept payment at the time of pick up. When picking up your order, please show us the confirmation email we sent you advising that its ready for pick up.

PICK UP: Pick up is from our SPCA Op Shop Wairau store, 121 Wairau Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland. The store operates Mon-Sat 9am to 4pm and Sun 10am to 4pm. You can collect your order at any time during those hours. Please bring this email with you to collect your order.

If you wish to collect your order during the weekend, please place your order by 2pm on Friday, as our online store office is closed over the weekend and we need enough time to prepare your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Please only come to collect your order after receiving a confirmation email advising that its ready for pick up, and present that email to our front desk staff when you arrive.

SHIPPING: While we do our best to package, postage is at the buyers risk both as to breakage and the item going missing. All items are sent via tracked courier. By purchasing an item from us and selecting courier, you are agreeing to these terms.
