Brought from Flo & Frankie and worn once. I loved it but my husband did not so selling it.

It sits on the ankles. Puffy short sleeves. The back is open has a button fixture at top then a tie which makes for a cute bow feature. Elastic waist.

If you want to wear a bra it will be seen otherwise can be work with a light cami underneath as an alternate option.
