Clearing out my garage.
Turns on and makes 2 beeps sound after a few seconds. By checking on the internet it seems like the 'No Display' error code.

Can not do any test except turn it on since I don't have any old cables or monitors to hook up. While doing a visual inspection, one blue chip seemed like an old-style resistor was hiding inside, not sure where it's from.
I'm not sure about the spec but can see it's an IBM 5160 Personal Computer and you can check it from the Wikipedia link below.
