Description
Pure silk yarn, handspun waste silk from the sari weaving mills in India, by women's co-operatives. This is an intense shocking pink colour with a rich and vibrant texture.
Approximately a chunky knit thickness, though this varies as it is hand spun.
Slightly overspun - softens up if it's unspun a bit as you ball it.
The hanks are approx 100gms, approx 50m though the hanks vary. Knit on around 6mm - 8mm needles.
