The Onkyo DV-BD507 is a premium, high-definition Blu-ray Disc player introduced in 2009. Designed as a high-fidelity companion component for Onkyo’s home theatre A/V receivers, it features full 1080p video output at a cinematic 24 frames per second over HDMI. It includes BD-Live (Profile 2.0) compatibility for interactive internet features, alongside 1080p video upscaling for standard DVDs. The unit offers onboard decoding and bitstream pass-through of high-resolution lossless audio formats, including Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio.
