I can't quite make out the serial number but the Listening Post should be able to confirm if this unit is unlocked if you dont have any Region A or C Blurays or Region 1,2,3,5,6 DVD's slothytony69 (471) • 1:13 pm, Thu, 19 Feb

The serial number is UBR-X200EU2111040362 and it was purchased from Listening Post in Lower Hutt. I don't have the technical skills to answer your question.
