Marantz SA7001 Audiophile SACD & CD Player with Amazing Sound
Very nice sounding and highly rated CD player
Unfortunatelly the display is no longer working, but apart from that, everything works fine, and it was fully serviced with a brand-new laser in August 2025
The display was very dim a few months ago and then went to compeletelly blind. This is a very common issue with this model. It doesn't affect the functions or sound anyway.
From my personal setup, as I've moved in another direction and now it's surplus.
Lots of threads online with upgrades, etc., with this model. Very reliable and highly regarded, apart from a display issue.
