Designed for the automotive industry, these contact connectors are rated for low voltages (12-24VDC) up to 10 amps. They are generally suitable for wire gauges up to 14AWG, though wires thicker than 16AWG are not recommended due to difficulty closing the connector.
Simply wrap the connector around the existing and new wire, then squeeze. The connector cuts through insulation to make contact without damaging the conductor and is fully insulated once applied.
