The 5mm inside diameter ones will want a panel hole of about 8mm diameter and have a flange 11.5mm diameter, the barb is 9mm diameter.
The 3mm inside diameter ones will want a panel hole of about 6mm, flange is 9.7mm and barb is 7mm.
