This model is the latest release model from Quansheng with 4 band ( 11m*, 6m, 2m and 70cm ) FM transmit, and receive from 0.153kHz through 1160MHz ( FM, AM, SSB, CW) receive (some frequency ranges covering cellular bands may not able to be accessed). *11m Tx requires an additional antenna not supplied with the radio. The supplied rubber ducky antenna covers the other 3 TX bands and RX on mid HF upwards. For the lower end of HF, a separate plugin antenna covers up to 18MHz. The TK11(8) has 999 channels and has a high capacity 3000mAh battery.
