Description
The Spirit of Air Telescopic Fiberglass Premium Mast when fully extended is 10 metres high, yet collapses to a mere 115cm and weighs only 1.47kg (1470 grams)
The bottom section is 50mm in diameter. Its great for portable and temporary use at a SOTA or POTA event to run a full size inverted V dipole or full size vertical antenna. The mast tip has a small eyelet for easy fitting of guy lines or your wire antenna.
Only takes minutes to extend and to get full size performance.
The Telescoping Fiberglass Mast is made of strong fiberglass Its black coating is resistive to UV. Please note these are whippy and are for temporary events rather than every day use.
Simply pull out the poles starting with the smallest section. Each section is tapered will lock into the next largest pole. Then just secure from loosening by wrapping some PVC tape around the joint.
