Description

This is a Samsung Series 5 LED 40 inch flat panel television with full HD 1080p, but it is not WiFi or LAN connected. Connects to regular terrestrial aerial, and has 2 HDMI ports and one USB port (no LAN port).

Tuned and works fine with all current terrestrial Freeview digital channels, and was previously connected via a set top box (not included) for satellite TV and internet access.

Important note For sale as is: the bottom backlighting strip has failed (see pics which show shadowing in the lower half of the screen) so it's dark to watch. Repair is relatively straightforward, quoted at ~$150+ by the Samsung service agents, but the TV is now surplus to requirements so we have not proceeded with the repair.

This TV did not get a huge amount of use, and is in perfect order other than the backlighting issue. Pictures here from the Duke channel including a white screen with text (to highlight the backlighting issue).
