Released in 2009, you play as Ezio Auditore in Renaissance Italy, exploring Venice, Florence and Rome while chasing down conspirators tied to your family's murder. It fixed the repetitive mission structure that dogged the original, added assassin tombs, weapons and a much deeper story, and is regularly cited as a series high point. Sold in huge numbers on the 360, so plentiful but genuinely one of the must-plays of the console's library.
