This is a beautiful old brooch made entirely from sterling silver and embellished with gold leaves and decorations. The words "Best Wishes" are on the front of the brooch in what is gold overlaid on silver. There is both rose gold and yellow gold on the leaves. It measures 4.7cm by 2.3cm and is very old, probably the late 1800s or early 1900s. It would, dare I say, make a pretty wonderful Christmas gift, if any of you are thinking that far ahead.
