INCI: magnesium chloride

This is the stuff you need to make your own magnesium oil. With 1 part flakes, 1 part water, and your favourite essential oils in a spray bottle, you will have created your own unique magnesium oil spray.

Very useful for joints ache relief, muscle ache, spray on the stomach and back for good night sleep. Slight tingling sensation can be experienced but should go away when magnesium level needed in the body is reached. No ingestion required, possibly the easiest way to get magnesium in your everyday life. Add 2 cups to warm bath (not hot) and soak for at least 20 minutes for removal of toxins and heavy metals, sore muscles and joints, calming nerves, reducing stress and a healthy immune system. Add half cup to a foot spa for foot soak.
