This Wheat Bag can be used as a hot or cold compress on tired muscles, sprains, aches and pains, period cramps, during labour or as a safer alternative to a hot water bottle. The wheat bag is divided into segments for even distribution of temperature. Please remember

• Place in Microwave with half cup of water.
• Can be very hot so please use caution when removing from Microwave.
• Avoid over heating. Two and three segment bags NO MORE THAN TWO MINUTES and four or five segment bags NO MORE THAN THREE MINUTES.
• Remove from cot or bed and check temperature of bedding before child or invalid is tucked in.
• Put in a plastic bag before placing in the freezer.
• Make sure wheat bag has cooled before reheating or storing away. *Don't get the bag wet.
