How To Use:

1. Recommend inserting the cup in any of the following positions: sitting, squatting, kneeling, or standing, try one of these positions and choose which is the most suitable for you.
2. Pinch both sides of the menstrual cup to form an "8" shape.
3. Slowly push the menstrual cup into the vagina.
4. Place the menstrual cup correctly behind the pelvic bone.
