Adult size small bedwetting pants. They have a huge amount of padding inside.

Bought a while ago for my elderly mum for future use but now she’s too big for them so they are unused. They have been washed as they’ve been in a wardrobe for a while. They do take a long time to dry but will be super handy for anyone with incontinence issues.

These appear to be in the Adult size Small range on the Pjama website.
