In used condition- normal wear and tear *little drawing/scribble on bottom side of slat(invisible if you use the bunk separately as 2 single beds) *tiny dents on the inner ladder(not noticeable unless you are actually in bed) *scratches on bottom corner legs from trundler(trundler not included) *a fine crack/line on the side rail(Not caused by assembly or screw related, more like cosmetic issue) etc... Overall in good condition and sturdy, doesn't shake/wobble like cheap bunks when heavier person on top bed
