Ward manufacturing supply a detailed booklet for assembly & construction of cabinetry & cutting list ( materials list & size of materials ) other suppliers don’t offer this information.

Cabinetry size over all , 25mm board for the cabinet top ,bottom & sides is 2085mm high x 1620mm wide x 400mm-450mm deep.

Depth of room required is 2.8 metres which allows just over 500mm to walk around the bed when it is folded down .

Too install the bed you should have preferably a wall with timber studs or a concrete block wall for fixing too.

Great for your guest bedroom / office , tiny house , house truck , sleep out , apartment living , Airbnb , Hotel bed .

Mattress not included but requires a mattress 280mm thick or less and 35kg

We can provide the correct mattress , which is a coil back care mattress

Specs: Frame is powder coated steel with laminated individual slates side by side allowing Excellent individual comfort & the mattress to breathe , gas struts , mattress straps & built in fold away leg system which automatically fold out .
