These Casings are strong and flexible.
The casing can be used with any sausage maker and is preserved in natural salt and will keep in the fridge for at least 1 year.
This length of the casing should make about 5Kg of the premium sausages. If 10 Meters is not enough, it is more economical to buy a 1/2 or a whole hank, see my other listings.
