Terms and Conditions Deliveries 1. Customers will receive delivery notifications via SMS and email, including a link to the Fliway Receiver App. Will include scheduled delivery date and time, and updates when the driver is on the way and 30 minutes away. 2. Customers can reschedule their delivery using the Fliway Receiver App by selecting "Things have Changed" or request assistance via "Contact Me." Alternate delivery dates and times will be provided, and the original date remains available for selection. 3. Upon delivery, the driver will scan the barcode, record the recipient's name, and obtain their signature. The driver may also take a photo of the completed delivery. 4. Customers are advised to check the delivery thoroughly prior to signing, confirming the goods were received in good quality and condition. 5. After delivery, customers will receive a notification via SMS or email to provide feedback. 6. Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to lodge an in-transit damage claim. Evidence, such as photos of the damaged item, packaging, and relevant documentation (e.g., delivery confirmation), must be provided to support the claim.
