A ducted heating/cooling system is installed by designing the duct layout, mounting the indoor unit (typically in the ceiling/roof space), and running insulated ducting to supply vents in each room, along with a return air grille. The installer then connects power and (where applicable) refrigeration pipework to the outdoor unit, seals and balances airflow, and commissions the system.

A site visit will be completed prior to installation to assess your property and confirm whether the installation is standard or if additional costs may apply.
