Use this knife sharpener kit to resharpen knives and tools with ease using the angle guides for an expert result. The kit comes with 7 different angles slides for sharpening knives to chisels. Soak the stone in water for 30mins then use the medium (darker colour) side first and finish with the fine (light colour) side. You can add a small amount of baking soda to the stone when wet. Wet the baking soda and rub over the stone where sharpening is to take place. This helps with sharpening and reduce the clogging of the stone. Clean the stone well after use.

KNIVES: The best angle to sharpen a knife depends on its usage, with 15°–20° being ideal for most kitchen knives. A 15°-17.5° angle is best for delicate slicing or Japanese knives, while 20° provides a durable, sharp edge for general-purpose kitchen knives. CLEANING: Wash in warm soapy water not exceeding 60°C.

NOTE:

• 3D printed in PETG. Grip type surfaces, and minor imperfections, are a result of the 3D printing process.
• Also due to the 3D printing process on some of the angle slides, at the very thin edge, you may get, very occasionally, a loose single filament. This is of no issue, will not affect the sharpening, just simply cut off.
