A lipped rim provides a secure grip when moving the tray or transferring meat to the table. The tray is oven and dishwasher safe, and at just 15mm in height, it is easy to store in a drawer or cupboard. It also comes with 5 plastic guards to cover the spikes for safe storage and handling.
