Being a low voltage gate opener, the Terrier has a battery backup - think power failure. The Terrier comes with a step-down Transformer Kit making it extremely user friendly and suitable for a wide range of swing gate automation applications. The transformer is positioned at the nearest power point (up to 100 m) from the gate. A low voltage garden lighting cable (not included in price) connects the transformer to the gate control box located at your gate. You can install this cable yourself along a fence, in a garden, across concrete paths and driveways etc. with little effort.

Suitable for most domestic double swing gate applications.
