Our Small MONO Sauna kitset with one room is approximately 2mx2m and is priced at $9,900.
The saunas arrive in kitset form on pallets a bit like Lego building blocks all cut to size and ready to assemble. All the timber in our saunas, besides our joists, is untreated slow grown kiln dried Nordic Spruce for a healthy chemical free sauna environment for your enjoyment and comfort.
All sauna kitsets come with floor joists (non-arsenic pressure treated), a solid timber floor, 44mm solid untreated Nordic Spruce walls (talk to us about 70mm or 90mm thick walls), double glazed windows, solid timber entrance door with lock, rafters with 18mm solid tongue and groove roof boards above and premium bitumen self-adhesive roofing. In addition, we provide the standard Harvia Vega BC60 Electric heater, Harvia sauna stones, a bucket and ladle, thermometer and sauna benches as standard.
Upgrades to the standard package include: -You can upgrade the standard sauna heater to the woodfired Harvia M3 with flue kit for an additional $2,250 or the WIFI controlled Harvia Cilindro PC70XE for $2,200.
- We can supply a ceiling lining kit, with extra wall height, which includes 18mm tongue and groove boards for under the rafters to form a void to place your choice of insulation if required for $950.

To swap out from the electric to the Harvia M3 woodfired sauna stove with flue kit (including internal metal ceiling cover, rubber exterior pipe flashing, sealant and all fixings) would be $2,250. You would also need some tiles or metal under the stove which you can supply or we can supply a Harvia Protective bedding for under the wood-fired stove for $690.
