This Spa is in POKENO, pickup required at buyers expense.

Buyer must arrange/hire a hoist to lift up the unit over fence from street at your expense. THIS IS A MUST.
This unit was with the house when we bought it, but we don't really want it. Appears to be working, turns on and bubbles. I don't know anything more about it.
Viewing is not possible during the week, as I do not live nearby. Saturday morning viewings are possible. Saturday morning only.
Starting at $1 reserve as I don't know anything more than above about the spa. Sold as is, where is - no returns.
Upon close of the auction, I will drain the spa prior to your pickup date.
