Spa Pool – $1 Reserve – Must Go

~ Used spa pool, currently not in use.

I haven’t used it since buying the house – it’s just been sitting there and I’d rather clear the space for a BBQ area.

Last time it was used, it was working well. I’m not a spa user though, so it’s being sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees.

Important:

• Buyer is responsible for removal
• It was originally placed with a Hiab from the street (property is on a hill)
• I’ve previously been quoted around $200 for removal

Priced to sell – I just want it gone.
