This is a stunning example of vintage carnival glass, featuring a beautiful iridescent, orange-marigold finish. The glass shimmers with vibrant hues of gold, pink, green, and blue when viewed from different angles, a characteristic quality of true carnival glass. The bowl rests on three clear glass feet and has a distinctive, deeply ruffled or crimped edge. The main feature is the embossed "Stag and Holly" pattern, which is prominently featured on the interior. This pattern is characteristic of pieces made by the Fenton Art Glass Company in the early 1900s. This is a classic and highly collectible pattern. It would make an impressive centerpiece or a wonderful addition to any collection of antique glassware.
