Description

A pair of hand-painted Clarice Cliff bowls in the Bizarre Crocus pattern, produced in England during the 1930s. Both pieces are marked to the base “Bizarre by Clarice Cliff” with the Crocus pattern designation.

The larger bowl measures approximately 20.5cm across the opening, with the smaller measuring approximately 16cm. Both are round forms, and the size contrast makes them display well together while still being usable as individual pieces.

Condition is good vintage condition overall, with minor age-related wear to the bases consistent with age. No cracks or repairs noted. Colours remain strong, with good glaze gloss.

Presented as part of an estate sale. Reasonable questions are welcome.
