Description

Welcome to our collectibles collection.

We are non-professional enthusiasts of collectibles supporting people down-sizing to sell their items for a bit of spending money and selling family personal collectibles.

We see TradeMe as a community with shared values such as acting with integrity, treating everyone with respect, sharing a culture of mutual honesty, communicating politely, and cooperating with us for positive outcomes.

We value those who close trades within 36 hours, send correctly formatted and accurately post-coded addresses.

Due to reported scams caused by account numbers being intercepted electronically, direct payments have gone, so please ask about any intention of combining. Within box volumes there is flexibility; but the safety of items comes first.

TradeMe have made direct credit options a choice of the buyer. DC becomes a private transaction only available on request at buyer’s risk. We recommend you convert to Ping. We prefer Ping for its accountability trail and ease, e.g. refunds are only available via Ping.

We aim to be fair and flexible in shipping estimates, given shipping costs are also volatile. If you are rural, select rural.

We’d love you to write to us if you’re happy or even (or especially) if you are not.

Here we have a beauty - Studio Potter Danny Moorwood (Dunedin NZ) Crackle Vase like a Chinese Geyao water pot. Alongside his reflective lustres, he frequently worked with earthly matte browns, aquamarines, and shino glazes as here.

Danny Moorwood was a highly acclaimed, nation-wide recognized studio potter and ceramic artist based in Dunedin, New Zealand. He passed away in late October 2019.

Impressed M mark on the underside and brown base with the egg shell grey dominating-earthy brown glaze, consistent with his exploration of both vibrant lustres and rich matte tones.

Back stamp present. 11cm x 14 cm.

Our items are vintage charmers. This is no exception - colourful and collectible. A super design for your collection.
