Here we have a Vintage Royal Doulton "Biddy Pennyfarthing" figurine, model HN1843, featuring a woman with colorful balloons.

Designed by Leslie Harradine and introduced in 1938, it stands approximately 9 inches/24cm tall.

The figurine is made of porcelain and is characterised by the colourful balloons held in a basket.

It's 24 cm x 12 cm. The balloon seller has no chips or cracks.

She is well-beloved and a favourite of figurine collectors and from a personal collection.
