not clean had to clean before I move in the roof leaks the managers don't talk to each other I will never use them again

All tenants must view the caravans before they rent them to make sure that they are clean and well maintained up to the standard they are happy with.This tenant was unhappy about the costs around returning the caravan before the 6 month minimum hire.However there was some confusion between the managers and I have contacted the tenant who is now happy again.

I was surprised how cheap the caravan was and the condition was better than I expected. But watch out for the 4 week notice requirement.
