Why this is a good setup: Fully adjustable bench covers most exercises (press, incline, shoulder, core) Enough plates for progressive overload without needing to upgrade immediately Multiple dumbbell bars = quick switching between weights (no constant reloading) Compact footprint – ideal for home use

Condition: Bench is solid and stable Some cosmetic wear (as expected with use), but fully functional All threads and collars working properly
