Awesome Great CTHULHU figure - 30 cms - HorrorClix - WizKids - great for display

Hi again. I am continuing with my reluctant downsizing of my hobby, boardgaming and display items, and hoping to find them good homes and appreciative owners.

This listing is for my 30cm high model of The Great Cthulhu (from H P Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos), a HorrorClix figure by WizKids. This has looked awesome on a bookcase in my games room for many years, but now it is sadly time for him to reside in someone else's R'lyeh .

Yes, I know it's not really a statue or figurine, and it's more of a supersized HeroClix figure. But back around 2006 I found it hard to find a really good Cthulhu statue for display, and eventually settled on this one as the best. I've never regretted it for a moment - and he's been a continual source of compliments from visitors of the gaming or literary ilk.

The production quality, finish and detail are just fantastic. (See the listing photos)

He's 32 cms high, to the top of his wings!

In perfect condition – has only been displayed.

Pretty hard to find for sale, and can be up to US$200-$300 on eBay, secondhand, in this condition.

Figure only - no related gaming material is included.

Comes with box, and interior packing, but there is no polystyrene insert.

I have listed this previously on the basis that it must be picked up in Wellington - as I was nervous about removing the wings, and there is always some risk of damage in transit. But I had no takers in Wellington, and yet significant interest from elsewhere in NZ, so I've now packed him up as best I can, and am willing to post!

The auction winner can still pick up the item from us in Wellington (Karori). But if the buyer is willing to take the risk of posting, we can do that, and the buyer must pay the cost of postage (we use NZ Post Couriers).
