I have very reluctantly decided to sell this very special Hornby Dublo 3 Rail train layout. All items are in very good to excellent condition. Some I would consider in “like new” condition. They were painstakingly selected from my own collection, from other premium collections here in NZ and from the UK. The set consists of 18 wagons, 4 passenger cars, 1 mail van set, 3 locomotives, 2 stations, 1 signal box and 1 bridge as shown in the photos. The locos have been repowered with neo magnets and have just been lubed so they are ready to go. All 5 sidings have manual Isolating points, un-coupling rails and buffer stops. The locos can be parked in any siding and you can shunt into any siding. A few rails have a little green layout paint on them from a long time ago. Some rolling stock items are in original Hornby boxes and some are in re-issue boxes made by Cooper trains in the UK. The layout is controlled by an A3 35 watt controller that has been electrically tested and fitted with a new 3 pin plug. The layout is enclosed in a 1885mm x 960mm custom built wooden case for ease of handling and storage. Included are a 12V power supply and 2 mailbags for the Mail Van set, a Railer, a loco spanner, 6 spare carbon brushes for the loco motors and some lube oil. IMO this must be the best collection of Dublo 3 rail items in great condition currently available. I have tried to show this in the photos. Pickup is from Levin. Thanks for viewing.
