This is the 1970 Dodge Challenger in its raw, meanest form the year that started the legend. Originally a 6-cylinder / 3-speed, its been fully converted with the correct 440 K-frame and stroked to 512ci on a 67 block. The engine was rebuilt in March 2017 at 9,308 km.
Finished in Hemi Orange with custom R/T stripes and a fibreglass lift-off hood (props included), the car looks aggressive at every angle. Underneath, CPC-coated long-tube headers feed a Big 3 exhaust with Flowmaster 40s, resonators, and tips, delivering that classic Mopar roar. Power flows through a 727 Summit race automatic (manualised reverse shift) into an 8 3/4 rear diff with race axles and 3.55 gears. Manual steering, front & rear sway bars with Nolathane bushes, and front disc/rear drum brakes keep it planted and precise.
Inside, its been refreshed with new carpet, headliner, rear seat, and supportive Auto Tecnica bucket seats, while modern Autometer and Auto Gauge instruments, plus a VDO KMH speedo, give everything you need at a glance.
Extras include the 1BAD7O plate, a Dukes of Hazard air horn, and a diecast scale model. Fully REG/WOF/CERT. This Challenger is a turn-key, road-ready beast restored, powerful, and impossible to ignore.
