Imported from Malaysia to New Zealand in 2018, it retains its factory Toyota 2ZZ engine fitted with an original Magnuson supercharger installed by Lotus after purchase. Unlike the production Exige S, this setup was developed specifically for racing with revised intake routing and is managed by a MoTeC engine management system.

The chassis features premium Nitron remote reservoir coilovers, a lowered ride height, Perspex side and rear windows, a chassis-mounted carbon fibre rear wing, aluminium front splitter, rear diffuser, fire suppression system, air jacks, and near-new Toyo R888R tyrescreating a package built for serious circuit work.

Included with the sale is an impressive collection of spares, including a complete Toyota 2ZZ engine that turns over freely (but has not been run during the current ownership), a second 2ZZ supplied as a parts/core engine, a colour-matched rear clamshell, FIA-approved front cage, and a large assortment of spare parts and consumables.
