During 2007/2008 it underwent a complete renovation/rebuild, including but not limited to the following: -Interior/exterior paint completely stripped, reprimed, and repainted -All interior carpet replaced -Gas/break/clutch petals replaced, steering wheel replaced, stick shift replaced, recovered replacement seats black leather with red piping -Electric rag top sunroof installed while maintaining original headlining -New mag wheels and tyres -Installed tachometer -New stereo system, speakers -Security alarm -Upgraded sound proofing -Complete engine rebuild -New camshaft and gearbox rebuild -High performance coating on extractors -New carburettors -Electric ragtop sunroof approx. $9,000 -In 2022 the manual choke was replaced with a modern electric automatic choke -In 2023 it was repainted (with exception of roof and tailgate), to address rust along panel seals that was not properly treated during the 2006 rebuild.
