Purchased a car and 3 days later all the lights on the dashboard came on. Took it back to the dealership and put in a claim with the claims team. Service and communication has been extremely poor getting the issues sorted. Still unsure what’s happening and the car has been back at the dealership for a week and a half.

I would tell others that it can be a positive experience, but to perform extra due diligence. Test every possible function/feature of the vehicle. The claims team is perhaps not the most efficient if something goes wrong. I would shop here again, but with a little increased caution.
