I have purchased 2 x cars through 2 cheap cars , unfortunately 1 wanted to purchase 3rd one by November 2025 for by wife but the car recently purchased Honda Fit shuttle is not what I have expected to be like, car inside was very dirty , scratches on the whole body with all white dots of paints all over the body which I did not expect. There is a sound coming from engine while changing gears. All this was not expected paying cash $12k and previous Sereana worth $12k cash almost spending $24k in 2 years , you should consider giving extra service give us "" First Serviceing Free"".

I bought the car Nissan in Auckland. The showroom was good, and the cars well arranged in price and soort. When I went to pay for the car. There was no coffee or refreshment offered. The coffee machine was not functioning. The seating area was not fresh and clean. Everything old and past its old glory date. When we went into the office. It had a old water smell. An old smell still hang in the room. Everything was old and grotty. Not how you like to be received when paying a lot of money for a purchase. People themselves were accurate and polite. Looked groomed, clean and ready to receive customers. Car still has Japanese information when you start up the car. Japanese stickers above the sunscreen. I’m missing stickers by the pertrol tank as to which fuel I should be using. Many thanks Stella
