It was a good experience but it could have been better. The car was so dirty on the outside, doesn’t have any fuel left when we drove it out. They could’ve loaded a couple of bars before handing it out.

I bought my car in Taurunga branch, and the staff there was amazing, efficient and honest. Although, we did not visit the facility, but the staff was reliable with excellent communication skills. We arranged it to be transported in Taranaki. The staff kept us up to date. Highly recommended. I forgot the name of the staff(I think it's Xue), but I never forget how friendly and really a great asset she is in the company. Thank you heaps. When my car arrived, there was a malfunction. Taurunga branch helped us as much as they could, calling us and really helped us to fix it. However, it needed an automotive to fix it. I made a claim. The staff that I talked to when I made a claim were compassionate (there were three of them, one was I had a consistent communication). They answered my email so quick. Although, there was a malfunction (I think it was a wrong wire connection when they installed my car play head unit), I never felt alone. They were there to listen and act on it. Thank you 2CheapCars. It was my first time to buy a car online without seeing it in actual, and you never failed me. You guided me and fix the malfunction immediately. Now my car is excellent. I am proud to tell my friends about your reliable company. I have experienced how reliable, compassionate and efficient your company is, from sales to claims. Thank you heaps.
