Customer Service from the Customer Care team is probably some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Still awaiting a resolution for my vehicle which was sold to me with a hybrid fan issue. The lady I’ve been dealing with is extremely rude and not solutions have been suggested other than waiting for an undefined period with no follow up or communication. I choose to purchase from the team as my experience last time was great. However, after the current is resolved I won’t be coming back and for sure won’t be recommending the overall franchise. This is not a reflection of the Wellington based team, it relates specifically to your “customer care” team.

Came to pick up the car a day after confirming and paying. Next day staff doesn’t recognise us and what car we came for. Car came with no fuel and only one working key. We purchased a car from here years back when they had an asian worker and they did better :) Car didn’t even come with a manual and we weren’t sure about the idlingstop situation cause staff can’t talk or explain properly
