Excellent service from Wazeem

Buying a car is really stressful. The young man dealing with me was very kind and easygoing which I appreciated. The young woman doing the insurance side of it seemed really unhappy but maybe she was just tired. She didn't explain things very well and I was surprised I didn't get a hard copy of if my insurance policy. I sort of wish I went straight to AA Insurance instead as they are really friendly and explain things clearly. Apart from that I am really happy with my car although ORC were much higher than expected - I wish I had known that up front instead if being hit with that shock when I paid. My car is really great though, so I would recommend this dealership and just warn people to check how much you get slammed on ORC and possibly get insurance elsewhere. Thanks!
