SPECIFICATIONS

• Chassis: fabricated from high tensile 700MPA steel
• Deck: 40mm H3.2 treated timber decking on main deck and beaver tail, corten steel support under the decking on outside bays.
• Forecarriage: Tandem axles fitted with a JOST double ball race turntable
• Drawbar: Lightweight A-Frame drawbar with 40mm or 50mm tow eye, heavy duty REYCO drawbar mounts options of air-telescopic drawbar for load-thru capability.
• Axles: ROR 17.5 drum brake axles, grease filled hubs.
• Suspension: Weweller air suspension with load sensing valves.
• Brakes: Multi-volt electro-pneumatic KNORR brand EBS system and roll stability control system
• Wheels & Tyres: 6.5 x 17.5 alloy wheels fitted with 215/75R x 17.5 tubeless tyres.
• Guards/Flaps: Pressed steel half guards fitted with heavy duty mudflaps.
• Ramps: Two 30 tonne capacity fabricated steel loading ramps. Fold down loading support legs at the rear.
• Electrics: Full Hella LED multi-volt lighting system, sealed 7 core wiring loom with IP67 rated connectors.
• Finishing: All steel-work is media blasted to 30 microns, primed and painted with a PPG 2-pack paint process.
• Note: Additional charges apply for metallic paint, more than 2 colours or non PPG finishes.
• Free Service Check: To ensure the full TMC warranty cover, a 5000km service check is provided free of charge to be performed at either TMCs Auckland, Hamilton or Christchurch service facilities or an approved service provider.
• Compliance: All certification NZTA requirements including SRT, COF, twelve months registration and 1000km
• RUCs issued prior to delivery. Logbook and service manual sent to owner on completion.
