SPECIFICATIONS

• Chassis: Main Beams prefabricated from high tensile 700mpa steel
• Deck: 2.5mm Corten steel supported by lightweight pressed channel cross members
• Curtains: Options of curtains with stainless steel buckles, sealed at top with TMC formed long rubber pelmets.
• Front Wall: Pressed steel fabricated frame with 45-degree IVS front corners with quick release curtain tensioners each side.
• Rear Wall: A pressed steel fabricated frame incorporating the curtain pole mounting and quick release tensioners.
• Roof: Alloy construction with one-piece high-tensile tensioned sheet attached to top-hat sections,
• Mezzanine Floors: Options of steel or alloy floors, spilt or full length.
• Axles: Hendricson disc brake axles, grease filled hubs, mechanical hubo fitted.
• Standing Legs: SAF-Holland MKV landing gear, 50,000kg static load capacity fitted to both trailers.
• 5th Wheel: Front trailer is fitted with a semi-oscillating No-Lube top plate fifth wheel.
• Suspension: Hendricson integrated air suspension with load sensing valves.
• Brakes: Multi-volt electro-pneumatic Wabco brand EBS system with anti-lock (ABS) and roll stability control
• Wheels & Tyres: 7.5 x 19.5 forged Alux polished alloy wheels fitted with 265/70R x 19.5 tubeless tyres.
• Guards/Flaps: Full plastic guards fitted to adjustable saddles. Heavy duty rubber mudflaps fitted.
• Electrics: Full Hella LED multi-volt lighting system, sealed 7 core wiring loom with IP67 rated connectors.
• Finishing: All steel-work is media blasted to 30 microns, primed and painted with a PPG 2-pack paint process.
• Free Service Check: a 5000km service check is provided free of charge to performed at either TMCs Auckland, Hamilton or Christchurch service facilities or an approved service provider.
• Compliance: All certification NZTA requirements including SRT, COF, twelve months registration and 1000km RUCs issued prior to delivery.
• HPMV permit application logged on behalf of client.
