New TMC 3 Axle Semi Transporter Capable of a load of up to 32.3 tonne running an Over Dimensional Permit (Dependent on Tractor unit)

SPECIFICATIONS

• Chassis: fabricated from high-tensile 700mpa steel for greater strength.
• Deck: 2.8M wide bottom deck, 2.5M wide top deck. H3.2 treated timber decking reinforced with 3mm supporting steel plate under the timber in outer bays and 5mm steel chequer plate over tyres. The beaver tail features 6mm steel decking with high tensile wear plate steel cleats in the outer bays.
• Boom Support Pad: RHS steel pad in centre of main deck between axles for digger boom support.
• Ramps: 2 x 60T capacity fabricated steel loading ramps. Options of fabricated steel top deck ramps, suitable for loading Utes and small machinery.
• Load Restraints: Rope rails are along both sides of the top deck, along with chain side rail bars on lower deck.
• Axles & Suspension: Fuwa drum brake axles with grease filled hub and Air Suspension. All axles are laser wheel aligned prior to delivery.
• Brakes: Multi volt electro-pneumatic WABCO brand EBS system with roll stability control
• Wheels & Tyres: 17.5 x 6 10/225 steel wheels fitted with 215/75R x 17.5 tubeless tyres
• Guards/Flaps: Pressed steel half guards fitted with heavy duty mudflaps.
• Electrics: Full Hella LED multi-volt lighting system, 7 core wiring loom with IP67 rated connectors.
• Finishing: All steel-work is media blasted to 30 microns, primed and painted with a PPG 2-pack paint process.
• Free Service Check: To ensure the full TMC warranty cover, a 5000km service check is provided free of charge to be performed at either TMCs Christchurch, Hamilton or Auckland service facilities or an approved service provider.
• Compliance: All certification NZTA requirements including SRT, COF, twelve months registration and 1000km RUCs issued prior to delivery. Dependent on the tractor unit this trailer is capable of carrying a 25 tonne payload without a permit or 32 tonne on a permit
