Close to all amenities including council leisure centre & pools, local mall & supermarket, One Tree Hill, motorways Nth,Sth,East, Western. 20mins to city in clear traffic, 45mins peak hr. Same to the airport. Closest beaches are only 15mins away
Expenses are $50 per week per person, including power, gas, water, security, internet, Netflix. Flatmates take on a house job each for smooth running.
Good atmosphere at home. Lovely back garden area. Smoking outdoors only.
Currently three flatmates and my Dog. He is a clean inside dog and a large gentle Greyhound, must like dogs.
There are businesses running from front of house in a separate space.
Move in costs include one weeks Bond, plus one week rent in advance, and the first weeks rent+exp. Three weeks notice period for exit.
