Large master bedroom with private ensuite available in a modern, sunny home. Beautiful views over Manukau Harbour with lots of green space nearby. The room fits a queen/king bed, has a big wardrobe, and stays comfortable year-round with a heat pump.

You’ll be in the upstairs flat of a 4-bed, 3-bath house with a modern kitchen, spacious lounge/dining, and a sunny deck. Owners live quietly in a separate self-contained studio downstairs.
There will be at most 2 other people living with you upstairs (max one per bedroom). We are only looking for female tenants.
Transport: 15 min to the city, 10 min to the airport by car (off-peak) 5 min walk to buses to Newmarket & the city Return bus stop right outside
